- Detection of infectious and vector-borne disease in animals by classic laboratory methods (agglutination, ELISA, AGID, MAT, immunochromatography, IFAT);
- Control and monitoring of infectious diseases in animals, vector-borne diseases and zoonozes
- analysis of vectors for pathogens – tick analysis – by molecular or serology methods
- haemathology and biochemistry in animals
- DNA isolation and molecular diagnostics of pathogens in animals and vectors
- main working interests: brucellosis, leptospirosis, Q fever, equine infectious anemia, maedi-visna (CAEV)
- main research interests: Lyme borreliosis, dirofilariosis, leishmaniasis, babesiosis, erlichiosis, anaplasmosis, a One Health perspective application, gender issues
- implementation of standards SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2017, SRPS ISO 9001:2015, SRPS ISO 14001:2015 in the work of Institute and follow up on the changes, new demands, improvements and education od the staff
