Basic Research Interests: Food safety, processing hygiene, production technology, parasitology, microbiology, sensoric analysis, the presence of residues of foods of animal origin, modern methods in the diagnosis of control of foods of animal origin, bee diseases.

Main Working and Research Activities: Sensoric analysis of foods of animal origin, microbiological diagnostic of foods of animal origin, testing the presence of residues foods of animal origin, parasitological examination of foods of animal origin, evaluation of results of foods of animal origin, diagnostic of bee diseases- clinical and laboratory.
