The Archives of Veterinary Medicine (ISSN 1820-9955, eISSN 2683-4138) is an Open-Access (Diamond OA), peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Scientific Veterinary Institute “Novi Sad”, Serbia, since 2008. The journal is indexed in Scopus, CrossRef, doiSerbia, EBSCO, CABI, DOAJ, Sherpa Romeo, OpenDOAR, and AGRIS.( Scopus CiteScore for 2024 : 0,7;  2025 : 0,9 ; Scimago Journal Rank-SJR  Q3 ). Our mission is to advance veterinary science and biotechnology by publishing high-quality research articles, review papers, short communications, and case reports.

We are a team of dedicated enthusiasts from the Scientific Veterinary Institute "Novi Sad," committed to supporting researchers from around the globe. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for researchers to make their work visible through Diamond Open Access, without any restrictions or publication fees. The journal is published biannually, with both print (two issues per volume) and online editions available on the Institute’s website: https://niv.ns.ac.rs/e-avm/index.php/e-avm.

 

Call for Submissions

We invite researchers and professionals to submit original scientific papers, review articles, short communications, and case reports for publication. Accepted articles receive broad visibility at both national and international levels, contributing to the advancement of veterinary science.
